Walk and Watch does not charge additional fees for multi-pet housholds. We do charge for additional time if needed to adequately care for multiple pets, as well as any unforeseen circumstances which may occur.
Consultations
First time clients are required to have a consultation. This is provided at no charge.
Holiday Fees
There will be an additional fee of $10.00 per day for services on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Payment Policies
Payment is due in full prior to, or at the time of the first visit.
We accept cash,checks, and direct deposit. Make checks payable to Walk and Watch. There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check.
Holiday Policies:
Holiday bookings require 50% of the total fee to guarantee a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to, or at the time of the first visit.
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to the first visit to receive a full refund. Any cancellations that are not made within 24 hours of the first visit will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
Non-Holiday Cancellations:
A 24 hour notice is required for a full refund. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in being billed for 50% of the fee for the booked service.
